Spyderco: Really innovative production knives. I love my 'Civilian' and the 'Police' model is a classic.
Cold Steel: Good quality at good prices. Check out their 'Proof' video. Delight as Lynn takes his aggression out on a dead cow. I don't know what these things did to him as a kid, but its payback time now you bovine bastards. Also offer excellent training videos.
CRKT: Their 'Ultima' is an excellent, affordable knife. The 'Dragon' is also an interesting model.
SOG: Smart, well made knives.
MOD: Very interesting series of defensive blades designed by various experts in the blade arts.
Buck: Their 'Nighthawk' is a bargain of a fixed blade.
Benchmade: Many good blades.
Microtech: Truly delightful automatics. But REALLY bad at replying to emails.
Mission: Need a non magnetic scuba knife for mine disposal? That's right. Oh yes you do.
Boker: Current makers of the Applegate Fighter. Outstanding bit of kit.
Gerber: Makers of the excellent Applegate folders. The Covert is lovely.

Ontario: The Bram Frank designed 'Abaniko' is no match for their dreaded 'Assault Spatula'.
Sure Fire: The 'Echo' is nice.
Kershaw: The 'Speed bump' is very cute. Also check out the 'Ripcord' system.
Zero Tolerance: Like the '0121' designed by Strider.
Mantis: Check out the 'Picker 2' - Because sometimes you need to open a beer during a kinfe fight...

Keating: Colourful American instructor producing a good line in training videos. James also has an interesting Video Magazine.
Damian Halforty: Likely the best knife defense instructor in New Zealand.
Sayoc: Well produced instructional DVDs. Sure, Tom Kier is a snuggle bear... But marry me Ray Dionaldo. Not much he can't do with a Kerambit. Looks a bit like an assailant being thrown into a blender.
Shivworks: Dreadful name... But some great material.
David Decker: Author of 'The Rhythm of One'.
